Here's the exciting part
I'm actually in a good financial position where I am able to charge a flat rate of $25.00 per hour (1 hour minimum, but not to exceed 4 hours). If I need to return the next day only an additional $25.00 will be added to the bill (not to exceed 2 days beyond the first day). We will negotiate together a fair total fee beyond 3 days
Example:
- For each hour I'm there the very first day 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes the fee is $25.00
- This applies to each additional hour
- If I'm there 2 hours the first day the fee is $50.00
- If I'm there 3 hours the first day the fee is $75.00
- If I'm there 4 hours the first day the fee is $100.00
- If I'm there beyond 4 hours (5, 6, 7 hours etc) the first day the fee is still only $100.00
- If I need to return the next day after the first day the total fee is $125.00
- If I need to return one more additional day the total fee is $150.00
- Anything beyond 3 days, we will negotiate together a fair total fee added to the $150.00
I don't charge for tax or for a trip fee and although you would pay for parts, if parts are even needed, I don't make a profit on parts
FYI:
Other computer shops/computer techs charge $75.00 and up per hour and per every computer for home users and $95.00 and up per hour per every computer for home office users and business users. They also charge you for trip fees, make a profit on parts, and charge you tax
IMPORTANT:
With all due respect, and I'm speaking from years of experience dealing with clients, I'm worth more then $25.00 per hour however, I'm choosing to offer such a low hourly fee while providing high quality service because I can. This IMPORTANT note is also in place to keep the riff-raff away who are only looking to get something for nothing because they don't pay or their checks bounce. It's also meant to draw in only those who are serious and are willing to pay and actually can pay and their checks don't bounce
